What It Really Takes to Teach:
Creativity, Heart, and the Relentless Belief in Every Child
Let’s take a moment to recognize what it really takes to teach. It takes creativity to reach students with different needs. It takes energy to keep going—even on the hard days.
And it takes heart to show up fully for every child, every time. That’s what teachers in Lafourche Parish do. Every single day. They bring their passion. They bring their commitment. And they bring a belief in what’s possible for their students.
They do incredible work in classrooms across our community. And when we stand with them and provide what they need, their impact reaches even further. The kids are always there. Eager. Bright. Ready to grow.
