Lafourche Education Foundation
We don’t just believe in public education.
We invest in it.
The Lafourche Education Foundation was founded in 1997 by people who knew that if we want strong communities, we need strong public schools.
Our mission is to raise and invest funds that support, improve, and advance public education in Lafourche Parish.
We believe that our children deserve life-changing educational experiences that provide them with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in college and beyond.
We believe that all K-12 Lafourche public school students benefit from the generosity of families and members of the community.
This is not about charity. This is about responsibility. Our children are growing up in these classrooms. Our teachers are shaping our future.
